About Funbutler

Funbutler is the leading booking system for activity and entertainment centers in the Nordics, with clients in 16 countries and are rapidly expanding into new European markets. We offer our system as “Software as a Service” (SaaS), helping activity centers digitalize and optimize their operations with a focus on booking, planning, and marketing communication. Our clients, ranging from indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks to bowling alleys and large activity centers, experience increased efficiency and better control over their operations with Funbutler.

Your role as sales representative

As a Sales Representative at Funbutler, you will be responsible for developing our customer base across Spain. You will work from your home initially, actively prospecting and visiting potential customers and activity centers. Your role includes managing the entire sales process—from handling incoming leads to proactively building relationships and signing new customers. You will also follow up and nurture relationships with existing clients. As Funbutler grows, there will be opportunities to advance within the company, especially as we plan to open an office in Spain in the near future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and visit potential customers across Spain
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct outbound sales calls
  • Book and conduct online and in-person presentations for potential clients
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from first contact to signing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Gather customer feedback and ideas to contribute to product development
  • Support Funbutler’s leading market position by delivering outstanding customer experiences

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Strong sales skills and a drive to develop business opportunities
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (Swedish is a bonus)
  • Experience in subscription or system sales, preferably in B2B
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on building relationships
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects

Additional qualifications:

  • Experience in digital sales and SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with the activity and entertainment industry
  • Ability to work from a home office or a coworking space in Madrid or Malaga
