Digital Marketing Specialist – First Hire at Our New Málaga Office

The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our digital presence. Your mission is to drive traffic to Funbutler.com and convert visitors into qualified leads and demo requests. You’ll work closely with our international sales and product teams to generate high-quality meetings in multiple European markets.
This is a hybrid role: part performance marketing, part content creation, part customer success — and part office builder. You’ll not only execute digital campaigns but also support our expansion efforts and day-to-day operations in Málaga.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and update Funbutler.com (WordPress)
- Optimize user journeys and landing pages for demo conversions
Email Marketing
- Create and manage campaigns and automations (Mailchimp)
- Grow and engage our newsletter subscriber base
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage posts for LinkedIn and other channels
- Produce high-converting content using tools like ChatGPT
- Support multilingual content creation across markets
Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns
- Plan and run Google Ads campaigns in multiple regions
- Improve SEO and implement strategies for organic growth
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics
Customer Support & Onboarding
- Provide basic support and onboarding assistance for new customers
- Advise clients on how to improve their own digital presence
Office & Team Support
- Be a key part of establishing and running the Málaga office
- Act as our local culture builder and operations lead on the ground
Language Requirements
- English: Advanced or native level (required)
- Second language: Fluent in French OR Spanish (required)
- Bonus: Knowledge of three or more languages is a big plus and will be prioritized
- Swedish is helpful but not required
Your language skills will directly support our pan-European expansion and help us serve clients in diverse markets.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Are comfortable with tools like Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
- Know how to work with SEO, optimize websites, and write compelling copy
- Enjoy creating content and using tools like ChatGPT for productivity
- Are hands-on, self-driven, and excited about building something from scratch
- Love working in an international, collaborative environment
